Great way to serve asparagus with a little tang!!!! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon butter (not fake stuff) |
1 tablespoon lime pepper seasoning |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, rotel |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350f. 2. Snap the asparagus stem to remove the woody parts. 3. Place in a 8 x8 glass baking dish. 4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. 5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. 6. Pour over the asparagus. 7. Cover tightly with foil and marinade for 30 minutes. 8. Place in oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. 9. Remove from oven and serve warm. 10. Cooking time includes marination. |
