Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh asparagus |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
1 large red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and remaining ingredients, and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve immediately. |
