Found this in Southern Living December 2011 Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh asparagus |
1/4 cup butter |
1 large red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Snip off and discard tough ends of asparagus. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 3. Add asparagus, bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and sauté about 5 minutes or until crisp tender. |
