1 lb cooked asparagus |
vinegar |
chopped parsley |
sugar |
2 chopped hardboiled egg |
oil |
salt |
sour cream (option) |
Directions:
1. Cover the asparagus with vinegar, oil, parsley, and a little salt and sugar. Top with the eggs. A little sour cream may also be added. Serve with cooked ham or plain or pickled tongue. |
