Ingredients:
1 lb cooked asparagus
vinegar
chopped parsley
sugar
2 chopped hardboiled egg
oil
salt
sour cream (option)
Directions:
1. Cover the asparagus with vinegar, oil, parsley, and a little salt and sugar. Top with the eggs. A little sour cream may also be added. Serve with cooked ham or plain or pickled tongue.
