Asparagus Salad

This is a quick, easy and delicious salad! My husbands Godmother makes this and I've adopted the recipe since my husband loves it!
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus spear
1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup prosciutto, chopped
Directions:
1. Break off the woody ends of the asparagus.
2. Cut asparagus into one inch pieces.
3. Blanch asparagus pieces in a bot of boiling water for 3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
4. Tear romaine lettuce and place into a bowl.
5. Add remaining ingredients to the lettuce.
6. Dress with salad dressing of your choice (We usually use ranch or cesear) and enjoy!
