Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) basalmic vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
5 ounce(s) goat cheese |
3/4 pound(s) prosciutto, 18 slices |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together oil, vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Slice prosciutto in half lengthwise; spread each slice with goat cheese and roll around asparagus. Drizzle with dressing. |
