1 lb asparagus, bias sliced into 1-inch pieces |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds |
Directions:
1. Steam asparagus and onion for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 2. In small bowl combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed. 3. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to coat. 4. Serve immediately. |
