1 lb fresh aparagus |
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 tbs lemon juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Snap off tough ends of asaparagus 2. cook in boiling watwer a few minutes till crisp tender 3. plunge in ice water, drain and cool 4. Coarse chop 5. Proceess with cheese and remaining ingrdients in food processor till smooth, scrapig down down sides when needed |
