Another low carb, quick and easy soup. I love this soup. I have made this ahead and frozen and heated in the microwave also. Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can asparagus, including juice |
1/2 cup cream |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix. 2. Transfer to stove top and heat through. |
