Quick and easy asparagus that is sauteed. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lb fresh asparagus spear, trimmed |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add asparagus spears, and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, or to desired firmness. 3. Drain off excess oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. |
