This is a great recipe if you are an asparagus fan. Great flavors and easy to make. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 pounds asparagus |
boiling water |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash asparagus and snap off the ends then lay asparagus spears in shallow pan. 2. Cover with salted boiling water then bring to boil and simmer 8 minutes. 3. Drain and turn into buttered ramekin dishes. 4. Melt butter and stir in wine then pour over asparagus. 5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then bake at 425 for 15 minutes. |
