Southern Living Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut asparagus, thawed, drained |
1 lb ham, chopped |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
6 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix |
2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. 2. In a bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour half of egg mixture into each pie plate. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. |
