Ingredients:
4 baked potatoes, split |
1 cup cooked ham, diced |
1 can cream of asparagus soup, condensed (10 3/4 ounces) |
shredded cheddar cheese or shredded swiss cheese, , optional |
Directions:
1. Place hot baked potatoes on microwave-safe plate. 2. Carefully fluff up potatoes with fork. 3. Top each potato with ham. 4. Stir soup in can until smooth. 5. Spoon soup over potatoes. 6. Top with cheese, if desired. 7. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until hot. |
