My favorite way to enjoy asparagus. Awsome with a nice steak and salad.
Ingredients:
1 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed of woody ends
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp. herb infused oil
Directions:
1. Trim asparagus and lay in a disposable 8x8 foil pan
2. Combine next 5 ingredience in a small dish until sugar disolves
3. Drizzle over asparagus
4. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds
5. Drizzle with the herb infused oil, taking care to cover some of the asparagus tops
6. Cover pan with two layers of foil and pinch sides tight
7. Place pan in BBQ and grill for about 12 - 15 min depending on the thickness of the asparagus, shake the pan every 5 min or so.
