Asparagus spears on top of wild rice topped with chicken and cream of chicken soup and cheese Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken |
2 cups cooked instant brown rice |
1 can cream of chicken soup,fat free |
1/3 cup shredded cheese, 2% milk, reduced fat, mild |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
12 asparagus spears |
Directions:
1. Chop 2 cups cooked chicken 2. pre-cook asparagus in a little water til tender 3. Cook rice. 4. Spray a 9X9 dish with Pam 5. Mix soup, mayonnaise and a little lemon juice. 6. Put rice in dish first, then asparagus, chicken, pour soup mix over top and top with grated cheese. 7. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. |
