Ingredients:
225 g potatoes
50 g asparagus, trimmed
2 spring onions, chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp whole grain mustard
Directions:
1. boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, drain and roughly mash
2. boil the asparagus for 2 minutes
3. mix together asparagus, potato and onions
4. heat the oil and mustard
5. stir fry the mix for 10 minutes, turning occassionally
