Asian Turkey Meatballs with Carrot Rice

Ingredients:
kosher salt
1 cup(s) rice, long grain
1 carrot shredded
3/4 cup(s) fresh breadcrumbs
1 1/2 pound(s) ground turkey
3 scallions
1/3 cup(s) cilantro
4 teaspoon(s) fish sauce
4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
4 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil
lime wedges
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. In saucepan bring 1 1/2 cups salted water to a boil. Add rice, simmer till done. Top rice with carrot. Stir together.
2. Combine breadcrumbs, and 3 T water. Add turkey, scallions, cilantro, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and 1 1/2 t salt. MAke 12 meatballs.
3. Brown meatballs in pan. Bake for 10 minutes
