Ingredients:
kosher salt |
1 cup(s) rice, long grain |
1 carrot shredded |
3/4 cup(s) fresh breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 pound(s) ground turkey |
3 scallions |
1/3 cup(s) cilantro |
4 teaspoon(s) fish sauce |
4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce |
4 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1 clove garlic minced |
2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. In saucepan bring 1 1/2 cups salted water to a boil. Add rice, simmer till done. Top rice with carrot. Stir together. 2. Combine breadcrumbs, and 3 T water. Add turkey, scallions, cilantro, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and 1 1/2 t salt. MAke 12 meatballs. 3. Brown meatballs in pan. Bake for 10 minutes 4. calories. |
