Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
1/2 cup(s) dry bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
12 ounce(s) ground turkey |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix just until combined. Shape into four patties. In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook turkey over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches 165°. |
