Bake Tilapia fish fillet with an asian baste. 6 oz Tilapia fillet is approx 80 cals + 87 for the baste (Total 167) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 deg 2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. 3. Place each fillet on its own piece of foil, approximately 12x15 in. 4. Even distribute the ginger/soy sauce/oil/pepper on top of each fillet. 5. Fold the foil tightly and crimp the edges to seal. 6. Place packets on a baking sheet in a single layer. 7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until foil is puffed & fish is opaque in middle. 8. Recommend serving with Rice and broccoli. |
