This is good with extra soy sauce served on the side. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon chinese five spice powder |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. In a cup, stir all ingredients together. 2. Rub full amount all over steaks before grilling. 3. Makes 3 tablespoons. |
