1. lbs. chicken wings 2. c. light brown sugar 3. c. soy 4. /2 c. ketchup 5. t. fresh ginger, minced 6. cloves garlic, minced 7. /4 c. dry sherry 8. /2 c. hoisin 9. T. fresh lime juice 10. T. sesame seeds, toasted 11. /4 c. green onion 12. Place chicken wings on broiler pan and broil 4-5 in. from heat 10 min. per side. Transfer to crock pot. 13. Add sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic and sherry; stir thoroughly to coat wings. Cover; cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours or until chicken done. 14. Remove wings from crock pot. Reserve 1/4 c. cooking liquid; combine with hoisin and lime juice. Drizzle mixture over chicken wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions |
