Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium- size bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in carrot and remaining 3 ingredients. Cover and let stand 1 hour.
