Asian Simple Cabbage Soup |

This soup is healthy and more importantly easy to make! Ingredients:
1 kg pork ribs |
2 dry scallops |
1/2 cabbage |
salt (to season) |
1 liter water |
extra 500ml water |
Directions:
1. Boil 500ml of water. 2. Add the pork ribs in and cook for 1 minute. 3. Pour away the water. 4. Boil 1litre of water. 5. add the pork ribs and dry scallops in. 6. Cook for 30-45mins. 7. Add the cabbage in and cook for another 15 minutes. 8. Its ready to serve! 9. *Variation* You can add an onion in if u want the sweet taste of the onion. 10. *Note* You can cook the pork ribs longer for better taste. If you want, you can even double boil it. |
