These are extremely tasty. Wonderful on their own or with Apricot ginger sauce. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp |
1 teaspoon grated ginger |
1 tablespoon green onion |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon oyster sauce |
2 teaspoons lemongrass, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all in a bowl and let sit, refridgerated, overnight. |
