These are extremely tasty. Wonderful on their own or with Apricot ginger sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon green onion
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons lemongrass, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all in a bowl and let sit, refridgerated, overnight.
