Haven't tryed this yet but I plan on doing so very soon, it looks easy delicious! Make you own favorite meatball recipe for this. Serve rice on the side if desired. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or 1/2 pound each ground beef and ground pork) |
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons hot chili-garlic sauce (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Prepare you own favorite recipe for meatballs, then shape into tiny balls. 2. Bake or saute them in a frypan until browned and cooked. 3. Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil over medium heat uncovered stirring often until thickened (about 10-15 minutes). 4. Once the meatballs are cooked, place them in a serving dish and pour the sauce over them and serve. |
