Modified from post by elune for Asian Tuna Patties. Removed the bread and reduced the liquids. Good omege-3 fatty acids in salmon! Ingredients:
2 cup pink salmon, bumble bee |
1 egg |
2 green onions, minced |
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced |
2 tsp soy sauce |
2 tsp teriyaki sauce |
2 tsp ketchup |
1 teaspoon sesame seed |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl hand beat egg till mixed. 2. Blend in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, and pepper. 3. Stir in salmon, green onions, and garlic. 4. Form the mixture into 4 patties. 5. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Using cooking spray, fry each patty about 5 minutes on each side. (Could broil, too?) |
