Makes 1/4 cup. A delicious low-fat and calorie dressing delicious over raw or steamed veggies, great when you don't want something cloying! Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves |
1 tsp grated fresh ginger |
6 tbsp soy sauce |
3 tbsp red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tbsp water |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender. 2. Puree until smooth. |
