i created this after my fiancé and i had a wonderful salad at a chinese restaurant. prep times don't include chopping & shredding (i use my magic bullet!) Ingredients:
4 tablespoons water |
3 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
5 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon satay sauce |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 -180 g mung beans, canned, drained |
35 g carrots, shredded |
70 g onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. combine all dressing ingredients, stir well. 2. add onion, carrots, & beans, mix well & serve! |
