Ingredients 2. cup cooked quinoa 3. cups spinach, chopped 4. /2 cup Mandarin oranges, drained 5. /4 cup dried cranberries 6. green onions, chopped 7. tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 8. /4 cup Asian Chia Seed Salad Dressing (more or less to taste) or store bought Asian Dressing 9. tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 10. Peanuts (optional) 11. Instructions 12. In a large bowl combine quinoa, spinach, oranges, cranberries, green onions and parsley. Toss with dressing and top with sesame seeds and peanuts.
