Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
2 tablespoon(s) ginger chopped |
2 clove(s) garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cloves |
21/2 pound(s) boneless pork shoulder |
8.8 ounce(s) soba |
1 pound(s) broccoli |
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. In slow cooker combine hoisin, soy sauce, cornstarch ginger garlic, sesame oil, cloves and 3/4 cup water. Add the pork and coat cook on low 7 hrs. Cook noodles and add broccoli cooking for a few more minutes. Shred meat and add vinegar. Serv over noodles |
