This is a great recipe to use in many different asian dishes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup water |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon agave |
1 inch piece ginger, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt, to taste |
red pepper flakes, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan whisk together all of the ingrediants. Cook over low heat until warm. |
