I love to cook with 10 ingredients or less, so I enjoy this recipe. I make sure not to substitute anything for the dark sesame oil because it gives the salad a distinct flavor. -CL Reader Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets |
1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti (about 3 ounces uncooked) |
3/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli, covered, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse under cold water. Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill. |
