This appetizer is very different, you might not ever heard or this before but if you give it a try you might like it. Ingredients:
2 texas oranges(sweet) |
1/2 tsp. dried grounded thai chilli |
1/2 tbs. powdered roast glutinous rice (found in most asian stores) |
1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce (if you don't have fish sauce try 1/2 tsp. salt) |
Directions:
1. mix the powdered glutinous rice, grounded chilli, and fish sauce together. 2. cut the oranges into 1 inch thick slices without the peel. 3. pour the mixture of fish sauce.......into the orange slices 4. serve in room temperature |
