Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) slivered almonds |
3 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1 pound(s) napa cabbage chopped |
2 scallions thinly-sliced |
1/4 cup(s) cilantro chopped |
black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake almonds in a pie plate for 5 min. Let cool. 2. In bowl, mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. 3. Add cabbage, scallions and cilantro and then toss. 4. Add almonds and pepper to taste. Toss again and serve. |
