This Asian inspired marinade works for meat, poultry, fish or vegetables Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari) |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 green onion, sliced thin (about 2 tablespoons) |
1 tablespoon lemon zest (grated or 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass) |
Directions:
1. Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Place meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables in zipper-lock bag or in shallow, nonreactive pan. Pour marinade over contents and seal or cover. |
