Asian inspired salad, posting for nutritional content.I sometimes add a little smidge of wasabi for a little kick, Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin |
1/2 green pepper, diced |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 tablespoons red onions, diced |
2 -3 tablespoons sesame oil |
4 -6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Add vegetables to a tupperware container. Add oil and vinegar according to your taste(Water from cucumbers will make more dressing when marinating so keep in mind when measuring your oil and vinegar). Seal with lid. Refridgerate at least one hour before serving. I sometimes add a few sunflower seeds right before eating. |
