Asian Inspired Cabbage Slaw |

This recipe is from with a few modifications (and no ramen noodles). Tastes best with snow peas instead of frozen, but I had regular peas on hand. Ingredients:
1 c frozen peas |
1/3 head shredded cabbage |
1 carrot, shredded |
1/3 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 c sunflower seeds (if desired) |
1/3 c ground flax seeds (if desired) |
Directions:
1. Cook peas, let cool. 2. Combine all vegetables (and 3. Whisk together all liquids and drizzle over veggies. 4. Top with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds if desired. |
