Asian Inspired Cabbage Slaw

This recipe is from with a few modifications (and no ramen noodles). Tastes best with snow peas instead of frozen, but I had regular peas on hand.
Ingredients:
1 c frozen peas
1/3 head shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1/3 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 c sunflower seeds (if desired)
1/3 c ground flax seeds (if desired)
Directions:
1. Cook peas, let cool.
2. Combine all vegetables (and

4. Top with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds if desired.
