Beyond the grill, you can toss this sauce with udon or soba noodles, too. Ingredients:
2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter |
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted |
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. |
