Tender sweet and spicy finger licking good! Ingredients:
4 lbs short rib of beef |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup toasted and ground peanuts |
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
1/4 cup sesame oil |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, flakes |
3 scallions, finely sliced |
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger |
3 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Slice into meat (not through) about every 1/2 inch. 2. Rub in brown sugar and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. 3. In a bowl mix together rest of ingredients. 4. Spread mixture onto ribs and refrigerate for 1 hour more. 5. Place ribs on a hot grill for 5 minutes per side. 6. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve with rice. |
