Another Campbell's recipe for the barbeque! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed chicken broth |
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
4 boneless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Mix broth, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper. 2. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for basting; refrigerate. 3. Pour remaining mixture into shallow non metallic dish. 4. Add chicken and turn to coat. 5. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. 6. Discard marinade. 7. Grill (moderate heat) or broil chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved basting mixture. |
