This side dish is really easy to make and very tasty. The combination of tastes is really great. This side dish is especially good with mashed potatoes and some kind of meatloaf (veggie preferably :) ). Ingredients:
1 lb green beans |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Steam the green beans until tender. 2. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. 3. Toss cooked green beans in sauce and serve. |
