What a delicious way to serve carrots!! It sure makes a change from the every day dishes we usually have - To save some time, use 1 1/2 cups sliced baby carrots which are already cleaned and peeled'; cook as directed. Ingredients:
3 carrots, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons asian sesame dressing |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in water, in covered medium skillet on medium-high heat 5-8 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until heated through. |
