Ingredients:
6 cup(s) romaine |
1 can(s) sliced water chestnuts, 8 oz |
1 can(s) 11-oz mandarin oranges |
1/4 cup(s) rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon(s) dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, water chestnuts, and oranges in a large bowl; set aside. 2. Combine vinegar and oil in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Pour vinegar mixture over salad mixture, tossing well. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 hour, if desired. |
