This easy 5-ingredient Asian salad is a super quick side dish that pairs well with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese entrees. Ingredients:
6 cups torn romaine lettuce |
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, water chestnuts, and oranges in a large bowl; set aside. 2. Combine vinegar and oil in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Pour vinegar mixture over salad mixture, tossing well. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 hour, if desired. |
