Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 finely grated clove garlic
1 thinly sliced scallion
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together. Mix vegetables with marinade in a ziplock bag 1 to 2 hours before grilling, then chill. Remove vegetables from bag (discard marinade) and grill as the recipe directs.
