Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger |
1 finely grated clove garlic |
1 thinly sliced scallion |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together. Mix vegetables with marinade in a ziplock bag 1 to 2 hours before grilling, then chill. Remove vegetables from bag (discard marinade) and grill as the recipe directs. |
