This recipe Came from the book that Came with our gas grill. It is great with Steamed veggies and rice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon asian chili sauce |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Score meat in diamond pattern. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and marinate meat 6 hours to overnight. 2. Remove meat, reserving marinade. Grill meat on high 4 minutes per side and allow to rest before slicing. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil over higt heat and cook 3-5 minutes until thick and syrupy. |
