A wonderful and versatile condiment for many dishes. Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
2 garlic cloves |
1/4 cup tamarind paste |
2 thai chiles |
2 tablespoons palm sugar |
1/2 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. For the sauce, place first six ingredients in a processor and blend to a paste. Gradually add the oil, emulsifying the mixture. |
