Enjoy this Asian twist to popcorn on movie night. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
splash of soy sauce |
sprinkle of ground ginger |
3-1/2 quarts popped popcorn |
rice cracker mix (with wasabi peas) |
honey-roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Melt butter; stir in sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger. Drizzle over popcorn; toss. Add rice cracker mix and honey-roasted peanuts; toss to combine. Yield: 3-1/2 quarts. |
