Ingredients:
2 carrots, peeled and shredded |
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced |
1/4 cup(s) hot water |
3 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, stir together water, rice vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves. Add sliced cucumber and shredded carrot. Combine well. Refrigerate to cool and serve. |
