A light and refreshing salad. Measurements are estimates as this was made on the fly for a Thai dinner and I wanted a salad. Ingredients:
2 cups napa cabbage, shredded |
1/2 cucumber, diced |
2 shallots, diced |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon brown sugar, packed |
Directions:
1. Combine all in a bowl. |
